My recent stay was a pleasant experience with clean rooms, a convenient location near a metro station and mall, and friendly staff. However, the lack of toiletries and occasional noise from neighboring rooms were minor drawbacks.

The hotel has a great location on Riqqah Road, surrounded by Al Ghurair Shopping Center and plenty of dining options like KFC, Burger King, and Turkish Grill. the staff, especially the guard and receptionist, were friendly and always had a smile. the rooms are of moderate size and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. They respond quickly to requests, and the in-room breakfast is a nice touch.

To improve, the hotel could work on soundproofing the rooms better, as noise from neighboring rooms can be quite bothersome at times. ensuring that promised room changes are executed promptly would enhance the guest experience.

My recent stay was fantastic! the room was comfy, staff friendly, and the location near the metro made sightseeing a breeze. Would DEFINITELY come back!

I really loved how easy it was to check in - no deposit needed and no morning calls bugging you about early checkout, they let you sleep in if you want to. The location was spot on with easy access to public transport and loads of local eateries nearby, while the staff were stellar, always helpful and friendly. The only downside during my stay was the housekeeping not answering the phone, but considering how busy they were, it made sense.👍

We visited Dubai Cruise Terminal and Dubai Festival City Mall, and both were so much fun. The hotel also had a cool fitness center, and we made full use of it.

But, hey, it would have been even more awesome if the hotel organized some cool party nights for young people like us.

World Cup football relay and secure WiFi could improve. Indian breakfast option requested. At 1.28 km, the Twin Towers Shopping Mall was a fantastic shopping spot for the family. Majlis Gallery at 2.15 km offered cultural insights, and the nearby landmarks like the Deira Clocktower, Al Seef, and Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood at 1.32 km, 1.49 km, and 2.16 km respectively provided rich historical experiences and perfect opportunities for family bonding. The Dubai Museum at 2.42 km was educational and engaging. The Deira area, just 0.72 km away, was vibrant and bustling with local life, offering a true taste of the city. The relaxed facilities added to the enjoyment of the stay.

Went for the buffet breakfast, found it so much better than the room service. Ate too much, felt like a whale, didn't regret it for a minute! Needed the gym after that feast - thank goodness for their fitness center. Managed to burn off some calories before heading out to shop till I dropped. Cheap hotel, great location.

The staff were friendly and cleanliness was a priority. The buffet breakfast was good, although I would have liked it to be complimentary like before. However, the free wifi in the rooms was fantastic. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to restaurants, shopping malls, and a metro station. I also appreciated having a supermarket next door, which was very helpful. I am very satisfied with my stay at IBIS and will definitely be returning.

Ibis was ideally located in Deira for visiting the Shiva and Krishna temple, which was my top priority. The surprising amenities, such as the bar and restaurant, added to the overall positive experience. Free WiFi throughout the property was a definite plus.

It was a relief to return to a well-maintained room after a long day. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, perfect for those on a budget.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of Deira. This place was located in a great area, near to a metro station and just a short walk from the airport. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. They even changed my room upon request to one with a better view. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. Plus, the hotel offered a range of services such as room service, laundry, and a doctor on call. I was impressed with the excellent hospitality from the security and reception staff to the housekeepers. It's no wonder I want to come back here!

It has a nice location, just a short 3-4 minute walk to Rigga metro station and a 7-8 minute walk to Al Ghurair center. the breakfast is really good for the price, and the staff is very nice and polite. the reception staff, especially Ms. Zyra, a Filipina, was very accommodating. I highly recommend Ibis Rigga for its convenient location and friendly staff.
